Hey Elder,
A letter from dad:
How
are you doing? How was your week? Everything is fine here at home.
Nothing out of the usual this week. The new job is going well. Just
crazy trying to learn everything, transition things with Triad, and help
with the new division of Symphony Concrete.
Sounds like things are going great for you. I know it's hard
when you get transfered and you have to leave a good situation. But there is
always a purpose, it just sometimes takes a while for us to see it. You are in
the most productive time of your mission. You have a lot of experience and
wisdom you can pass on to the others. The challenge now is to stay focused and
continue to grow and improve. I believe you
have a lot of great challenges and success just ahead of you. You are laying
the foundation for a great life of service to your fellow man. Try to see each
person you come in contact with as the Lord sees them. Stay close to the spirit
and allow the spirit to guide you in all that you do.
To
grow closer to Christ, abide in Him, in His word, and in prayer: John
15:7: "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you
wish, and it will be done for you."
D&C
50:24 "That which is of God is Light; and he that receiveth light, and
continueth in God, receiveth more light; and that light growth brighter
and brighter until the perfect day."
Stay strong.
I love you,
Dad
